Cisco calls it One Button to Push, OBTP. Poly call it Click to Join, CTJ. And there are also others who have branded the one-click joining experience from a touch panel.

These are the steps you need to take to get a one-click button:

• Integrate the video system to get calendar data from Synergy SKY Suite. Program the touch panel to get calendar data from the video system.

• Present meeting details graphically on the touch panel.

• Command the video system to dial the meeting SIP uri when the “join” button for the meeting is pressed.

• Works with all major integrator touch panels like; Crestron, AMX, Mira etc.

Join a meeting by entering the Meeting ID, Ad-hoc Join

All web meetings has a meeting ID that can be added manually by the user to get into the meeting.
These are the steps you need to take to create an input dialogue:

• Create an input dialogue that captures the meeting Id

• Add meeting type as prefix t, z or g. (t=Teams, z=Zoom, g=Google Meet).

• Add @joingw.com as domain.

• Make the call from the video system

• xCommand Dial Protocol: sip Number: t.123456789@joingw.com

Synergy SKY CONNECT has the ability for all SIP endpoints to interact with meetings using DTMF. By using touch tones on touch panels or numbers on a remote control, users can perform various functions with MS Teams, Zoom & Google Meet calls.
