How to get a FaceTime meeting link:

1. On your Apple device: Open FaceTime and choose "Create Link". Or;
2. Using Apple Calendar: Create a meeting and choose "FaceTime" in the "Location or Video Call" section.

Here's how to join the meeting:

1. With Synergy SKY: Send the meeting link to your video conference room through a meeting invitation. (This requires Synergy SKY to be set up).
2. One-click join: Once the invitation arrives, simply click the green "Join" button on your video conferencing system.
