The platform consists of two components

Management Suite

  • Always self-hosted, can be deployed into many environments
  • Integrates with the calendaring system for scheduling 
  • Develop dial string and provides easy join buttons for Cisco and Poly/HP devices 
  • Provision VMRs for Cisco CMS or other self-hosted meeting platforms  
  • Enable white glove features for CMS meetings & for Cisco endpoints connected to any meeting type; provides meeting analytics 

CONNECT for Government

  • Self-hosted in VMWare or Microsoft Azure 
  • When meeting platforms are not directly compatible with the video device, provide media, signaling and encryption translation to make the device compatible 
  • Supports interoperability with any Teams cloud 
  • Leverages the certified native Microsoft web client to provide compatibility between Cisco and Poly SIP devices and Microsoft Teams
  • Supports content sharing, both screen sharing and application sharing like PowerPoint Live!, whiteboards etc.

Create or receive an invitation for a meeting, add the Cisco/Poly device to the invite

Synergy SKY parses the invite and builds the correct dial string to complete the call
