After adding Webex integration or upgrading SynergySKY Management SUITE a warning label may be displayed.
As of 10/07/2023 this is purely cosmetic and does not affect functionality.
Example of this warning appearing is previously activated Webex Integration prior to 10th November 2022 displayed no warning, upgrading to SynergySKY Management SUITE version 31.05.6074 the label is displayed.
Ensure that you are running on the latest SynergySKY Management SUITE version, remove the existing API Integration and Connection to Webex Integration. Click Save but do NOT deploy.
Refer to adding the Webex Integration guide to re-add/re-authorise the integration.
If you continue to have the warning, please double check that it is functioning as intended. This includes video systems receiving OBTP, Macro's and "Add Webex System" provides a list of available systems.
