Configure Synergy SKY CONNECT in Config Tool

Summary

Configuration overview of how to enable a room/resource for Synergy CONNECT.

NOTE: Synergy SKY is purposefully designed to be configured, licensed and used on a per room/device model.

Prerequisites 

30.04.3210+ / 2.4.3210

Process

1. Have a SynergySKY CONNECT enabled license
   
   
2. Set Location Tag
   • Default is to use EU Datacenters, for US, set location US East -> 
     
     
     • 
     • 
       
       
3. Set Location on Room (if applicable)
    
   1. 
      
   2. 
      
      
      
4. Last, set video system preference 
   

Set preferences based on your need.

Save and deploy config, 

Complete!

Considerations 

1. CONTROL will not show SC URI in this version
   
   
2. Cisco Hybrid Calendar needs to be disabled in the room 
   
   
3. MS Teams meeting needs to be booked with it with the line breaks
