A widespread IT outage occurred due to a software update by CrowdStrike. This update caused Windows systems to crash, leading to a cascading effect on global IT systems.
We are not aware of any impact to Synergy SKY products and services, but will continue to monitor the situation and update our Service status page if this status changes.
